Attorneys from the New York Law Firm of Brecher Fishman Pasternack Walsh Tilker & Ziegler, P.C. have been named by New York Super Lawyers magazine as five of the top attorneys in New York State for 2009 for its work in worker's compensation and social security disability. Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named by Super Lawyers, and five of only six total attorneys comprising the honorees in these two areas of practice are from our firm. Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability and Pensions AV-rated managing partner and well-known workers’ compensation attorney Victor Pasternack has served as an officer or board member of the Society of New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association, the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation Alliance and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, where for many years he has lectured on workers’ compensation in the Decisions program. Prominent Social Security attorney and senior partner Barbara Doblin Tilker is a well-known litigator, as is workers’ compensation attorney Robert L. Saminsky. Catherine M. Stanton has extensive experience in dealing with all types of workers’ compensation claims, including those related to occupational diseases. Senior partner Jordan A.
